About this role
Pivot Bio is seeking an Inside Sales Representative intern to identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers for their microbial nitrogen solutions. This role supports the sales team by building pipeline, conducting discovery, and maintaining CRM data. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an interest in agriculture, and is comfortable with digital sales tools.
What we are looking for
6- Generate new commercial leads through outbound calls, email, and digital prospecting
- Identify and qualify growers, ag retailers, and distributors
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and product fit
- Schedule meetings and handoffs to sales and agronomy teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and execute outreach cadences
- Communicate Pivot Bio's value proposition and capture market feedback
