Sales & Operations Advisor

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, manage sales cycles, and support dealership operations. This role involves handling inventory, financing, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Guide customers through sales and financing processes
• Manage full sales cycle from appointment to completion
• Perform operational tasks including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory and sales processes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive environment
• Serve as a training partner for new hires
