Lead Account Solution Engineer

As a Lead Account Solution Engineer in Austria, you will be a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, partnering with Account Executives to design and present high-impact Salesforce solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, build compelling demos, and articulate Salesforce's value to all levels of an organization, while also developing industry expertise and mentoring peers.

• Partner with Account Executives on account strategy and solution co-creation
• Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and shape solutions
• Build and present customized demos, architectural concepts, and value propositions
• Communicate Salesforce value to C-level executives and IT administrators
• Coordinate extended Solution Engineering resources for multi-cloud solutions
• Mentor peers and develop expertise in key Austrian market industries
