Account Executive

As an Account Executive with RXO, you will drive sales of transportation brokerage services by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will negotiate rates with customers, build strong relationships, and contribute to the company's mission of revolutionizing the logistics industry through technology and an extensive network.

• Sell brokerage services to new and existing customers
• Identify and develop leads through cold calling and other sources
• Negotiate profitable rates and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain industry knowledge
• Collaborate with team members on sales terms and logistics
• Update internal tracking and reporting systems
