What we are looking for
6- Develop project solutions and value engineering for commercial HVAC systems
- Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals for design-build opportunities
- Serve as the technical point of contact during the preconstruction phase
- Engage with customers, engineers, and vendors to uncover new opportunities
- Translate technical and commercial requirements into actionable information
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, plumbing, and piping systems
