Building Automation Sales Representative

Kelso Building Services is seeking a Building Automation Solutions Consultant to expand their market presence. This role involves identifying customer needs, recommending tailored automation and controls solutions, and building long-term client relationships within commercial and institutional facilities.

• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities
• Build strategic relationships with facility directors and building owners
• Recommend building automation and control systems
• Lead customer engagement process including discovery meetings and site visits
• Grow existing customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
• Five or more years of sales experience in building automation or related markets
