About this role
HubSpot is seeking a Small Business Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the 1-50 employee segment. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on outbound prospecting and closing new business within an average 30-day sales cycle.
What we are looking for
6- Drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth
- Full-cycle sales role with self-sourced outbound prospecting
- Manage a pipeline of ~450 accounts, 80-90% self-generated outbound
- Run multiple sales meetings daily, closing within an average 30-day sales cycle
- At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle, net-new logo acquisition
- Proven success managing an outbound pipeline and hitting quota
