About this role
Monstro is seeking two senior individual contributors to build its Enterprise Accounts motion from the ground up. These quota-carrying roles will focus on closing platform deals of $10M+ with US middle-market and regional financial institutions, defining the enterprise go-to-market strategy, and building repeatable sales processes. This is an opportunity to shape the company's growth in a high-stakes industry.
What we are looking for
6- Personally close $10M+ platform commitments with US middle-market and regional financial institutions
- Own a quota and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build repeatable pipeline through outbound efforts, executive briefings, and partner channels
- Define the enterprise GTM motion and contribute to product requirements
- Leverage existing relationships as accelerants and build new ones
- Maintain disciplined account plans with named economic buyers
