Key Account Executive

Lead a high-performing sales team to drive profitable growth and expand business opportunities for Goodyear in Thailand. You will develop sales strategies, analyze markets, grow distributor networks, and manage credit and sales targets to ensure long-term partnerships and success.

• Develop sales strategies and deliver sales units and financial targets
• Analyze customers and markets to develop growth strategies
• Develop and grow sub-retailer and aligned distributor networks
• Monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
• Manage credit and cash flow targets
• Lead team to deliver joint business plans and sell-out plans
