Solutions Engineer - Enterprise - Mixed Industries

Talkdesk is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their enterprise sales team. You will conduct research, lead discovery conversations, and design/deliver compelling presentations to showcase Talkdesk's AI-first customer experience automation solutions. This role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and assisting with SOWs and customer pilots.

• Research prospect business environments and challenges
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs
• Design and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations
• Specify appropriate solutions based on customer requirements
• Assist with SOWs, pilots, and POCs
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and map requirements to solutions
