About this role

Campingworld is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive sales and build customer relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and creating a structured sales funnel. This role involves proactive outreach, understanding customer needs, and managing interactions within the CRM system.

What we are looking for

Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects
Generate appointments and drive traffic through outbound calls
Communicate with prospective customers to understand needs
Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments
Utilize CRM system to record and manage customer information
Track and analyze personal performance metrics
