About this role
PagerDuty is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, focusing on driving adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities. This role blends customer success and sales expertise to help clients maximize the value of PagerDuty's Digital Operations Management platform and contribute to revenue growth.
What we are looking for
6- Manage a portfolio of existing customers for adoption, value realization, and retention
- Develop account plans to drive renewals, mitigate churn, and uncover expansion
- Negotiate renewal proposals and manage contract value
- Monitor customer health using analytics and telemetry
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales Operations, and Renewals teams
- Provide consultative guidance on product configuration and feature adoption
