Sales Engineer (Technical Support)

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert supporting sales activities and customer engagements. You will provide integration support, conduct training, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful product deployments and customer satisfaction. This role involves regular travel to customer sites across the Continental US.

• Support sales teams with technical expertise in customer engagements
• Provide technical support for new platform integrations and pre-sale discussions
• Deliver product training and remote integration assistance
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites for demos and new product deliveries
• Collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot and capture customer feedback
• 2+ years of hardware integration experience on autonomous platforms
