Sales Development Representative (West Coast)

PingCAP is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate leads and build relationships for their TiDB database solutions. This remote contract role involves communicating product value, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales executives to drive business growth in the massive database market.

• Generate qualified leads through multi-channel outbound sales motions
• Develop multi-touch activities including personalized emails and call scripts
• Educate prospects and schedule meetings with Account Executives
• Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce and Outreach
• Two or more years of SaaS/Database/Tech sales development experience preferred
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools
