About this role
Lead the full services sales cycle for Parloa's Professional Services business, from opportunity identification through scoping, SOW negotiation, and contracting. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery, guiding customers through their CX transformation and building strong relationships with enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic and commercial mindset to drive measurable outcomes and shape how enterprises operate conversational AI.
What we are looking for
6- Lead services sales cycle from opportunity identification to contracting
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery process
- Coach customers through CX transformation using Parloa's PRISM methodology
- Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Partner Managers
- Drive measurable outcomes like deflection improvements and CSAT lifts
- Develop repeatable assets and contribute to thought leadership
