Inside Sales Rep

United Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Rialto, CA. This role is responsible for implementing the branch's business plan by managing equipment rentals, customer relations, telemarketing, and collections. You will proactively increase branch revenue by renting and selling equipment, advising on product needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage in-branch equipment rentals, customer relations, telemarketing, and collections
• Proactively increase branch revenue through equipment rentals and sales
• Establish new rental and sales accounts via telemarketing and serving call-in customers
• Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices
• Educate customers on proper equipment usage and safety procedures
• Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns, and maintain accurate inventory records
