Account Executive

As an Account Executive with RXO, you will drive sales of transportation brokerage services by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will negotiate rates with customers, build strong client relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of the logistics industry to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Generate leads through cold calling and other prospecting methods
• Negotiate profitable rates and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop industry knowledge of rates, carriers, and equipment
• Collaborate with team members on sales terms and logistics solutions
• Maintain accurate sales and volume metrics in tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
