Commercial Lines Account Manager

HUB International is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to serve as the primary client contact, building relationships and ensuring client needs are met. This role involves processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits, obtaining carrier quotes, and acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.

• Provide exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits
• Work with client/team on gathering marketing data, preserving quotes, client/carrier correspondence
• Obtain quotes from carriers for new and existing business
• Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service issues
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• One year of experience related to commercial lines account management preferred
