About this role
KnowBe4 is seeking an Account Manager to manage assigned enterprise customer accounts and drive sales opportunities. This role focuses on promoting and selling additional products and services to large organizations (1501+ employees) to achieve sales quotas through cross-selling, upselling, and increasing subscription levels. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure increased ARR and product adoption.
