Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Integral Ad Science, you will be the technical expert bridging sales, product, and client teams to architect and implement advanced ad tech integrations. You will leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline client onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide actionable insights, ultimately enhancing technical integration quality and enabling data-driven decisions for our partners.

• Design and deploy AI-driven automated integrations and diagnostics
• Lead technical discovery and architect solutions for platform expansion
• Serve as technical lead for upsell opportunities and complex requests
• Build automation scripts and dashboards for process improvement
• Train clients on IAS AI features for campaign optimization
• Act as technical escalation point, collaborating with Product and Engineering
