Technical Sales Representative

Provide technical expertise and sales support to customers by processing quote requests, analyzing drawings, and translating customer needs into internal systems. This role involves collaborating with operations and quality teams to ensure successful project execution and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Process customer requests for quotes and technical inquiries
• Analyze drawings and parts lists to ensure company core competencies are met
• Translate customer drawings into Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality departments on tooling and test mates
• Develop professional quotes with accurate pricing and delivery schedules
• Provide pre-sales technical support and identify potential solutions
