About this role
Workato is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to qualify high-quality leads from various sources, including website, chat, events, and trials. You will manage and optimize lead flows and pipelines, assist Sales and Marketing with revenue-generating projects, and work closely with AEs, SDR managers, and the Marketing team to generate pipeline. This role requires quick response times to leads and effective objection handling.
What we are looking for
6- Qualify high quality inbound leads from website, chat, events, and trials
- Manage and optimize lead flows and pipelines
- Assist Sales and Marketing with projects to drive revenue growth
- Respond to high quality leads within 5 minutes
- Overcome prospective customer objections and answer initial questions
- Document sales information in Salesforce
