Account Executive - North Central

Human Interest is seeking an Account Executive in Chicago to manage full-cycle sales deals, from demo to close. You will research and target companies, build and manage a pipeline, demonstrate the platform, and negotiate contracts. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quota and a passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses provide retirement benefits to their employees.

• Manage full cycle deals from demo to close
• Research and target companies using prospecting tools
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Demonstrate platform to prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably at a startup
