About this role

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Field Sales and Training Account Executive to drive brand awareness, sales, and customer service within the Great Lakes territory. This role involves collaborating with retail partners to execute in-store programs, events, and training, while also managing inventory and visual merchandising.

What we are looking for

Build brand awareness and drive sales in assigned territory
Develop and execute in-store programs, events, and training
Manage relationships with retail partners and store-level employees
Evaluate inventory and support visual merchandising
Conduct product training for retail staff and Beauty Advisors
Minimum 3-5 years of field sales or account coordinator experience in skincare/beauty
