Commercial HVAC Account Manager

Kelso Building Services is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing commercial service customers. This role focuses on retention, maintenance agreement renewals, and expanding services within current accounts, with secondary focus on new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC or related building services and established relationships within the Phoenix market.
