Sr Account Manager - HVAC Service and Solutions

Daikin Applied is seeking a Service and Solutions Account Manager II in Punta Gorda, FL. The position requires HVAC field service experience or a bachelor's degree, along with sales experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Develop and maintain direct owner relationships
• Sell preventative maintenance contracts
• Serve as an advisor on HVAC products and solutions
• Meet sales goals through existing customer development and new business prospecting
• Prepare cost estimates, price quotations, and sales contracts
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus HVAC certification and 5 years HVAC field service experience or bachelor's degree
