Sales Representative

Lithia Chevrolet of Redding is seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to join their dealership team. In this role, you will guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong customer relationships. You will also be responsible for prospecting new business and maintaining customer information in the CRM.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet every customer
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstration drives
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting and referrals
• Accurately maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM
