Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Join Libra, a fast-growing legal AI workflow solution within Wolters Kluwer, as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. You will optimize sales systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights across the revenue funnel. This hybrid role reports to the Sales Director and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

• Manage CRM systems and create dashboards for data visibility
• Build forecasting models for ARR, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
• Develop scalable workflows for lead management and opportunity stages
• Translate sales data into actionable insights for strategy and planning
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success for alignment
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
