About this role

Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to build and develop key accounts and growth opportunities within their Partnership Program. This role focuses on engaging with tech partners, HCM providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors to drive lead generation and expand reach to small and medium-sized businesses across the US.

What we are looking for

Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCMs, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors
Create strategic referral networks and partnerships for lead generation
Identify and resolve issues, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
Collaborate with Partner Marketing on sales initiatives like events and webinars
Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners for go-to-market strategies
2+ years of experience in relationship building within the SMB space
