Executive Director, Solutions Engineering

Lead a critical function within Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology, overseeing operational health, stability, and resilience of consumer, platform, and enterprise services. This executive role manages global support centers and operational readiness, setting strategy and driving execution across a matrixed organization. You will advance modern operational capabilities, including AI-enabled tooling and automation, to improve visibility and response times.
