This role is crucial for driving retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction by acting as the primary strategic advisor. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and help clients maximize their investment in Kaseya's IT and security management solutions.
What we are looking for
6- Serve as trusted advisor and primary liaison for high-value key accounts
- Develop in-depth account knowledge and strategic engagement plans
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives
- Proactively manage contract renewals and ensure high retention rates
- Lead executive business reviews and provide performance reporting
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Product Management
