KnowBe4 is seeking a hybrid SDR Team Manager in Clearwater, FL to lead a team of 6+ Sales Development Reps. This role involves ensuring the team meets sales goals, creating email content, and developing prospecting schedules. You will conduct daily team meetings, monitor performance, and coach team members to success.
