HVAC Sales Intern

Support Johnson Controls' HVAC sales team by learning customer value creation and market share growth strategies. Collaborate with account executives and sales engineers to understand client needs and assist in proposal development.

• Learn HVAC portfolio and value propositions
• Assist with qualifying opportunities and preparing quotes
• Shadow customer meetings and site walks
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Support internal reviews and proposal input assembly
• Contribute to pipeline reviews and build a learning plan
