Solutions Engineer, Integrations

Engine is seeking a Solutions Engineer to manage the technical integration layer between their go-to-market teams and product. You will be responsible for resolving customer integration requests, building knowledge bases, and enabling the sales team to handle common integration scenarios. This role aims to reduce escalations to the Product and Engineering teams and ensure high-value deals progress smoothly.

• Own the integration request queue for HRIS, ERP, accounting, and APIs
• Resolve or escalate integration issues with clear documentation
• Build and maintain a connector compatibility matrix and knowledge base
• Create reusable guides and Loom videos for common integration setups
• Train sales and account management teams on integration capabilities
• Reduce integration-related Product and Engineering call time
