Senior Director, Partner Sales

Lead partner sales strategy and execution across AMER and LATAM for Braze, a customer engagement platform. You will own the partner sales motion, drive PQL generation and revenue, and manage a team of Partner Sales Managers. This role requires deep experience in B2B SaaS partner sales and the ability to influence sales leadership.

• Lead and develop a team of four Partner Sales Managers across AMER and LATAM
• Own partner-qualified lead generation, pipeline, and revenue
• Build and execute territory-level partner strategies
• Own the partner-first field motion and collaborate with VP Sales leadership
• Govern partner attach rates on new business opportunities
• Build and maintain senior relationships with strategic partners
