Sales Engineer

Trane Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales of air-side products and achieve business targets. This role involves direct sales, cross-functional collaboration, and building relationships with clients, contractors, and design institutes to provide engineering solutions for air-side products.

• Communicate with owners to understand needs and provide competitive air-side technical solutions
• Track market and competitor developments to expand new areas and promote air-side products
• Seek project opportunities and enhance market influence of air-side products
• Follow sales process to track project progress and achieve sales targets
• Analyze and summarize sales work to adjust work direction
• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, or Mechatronics
