Manager, Sales Engineering

As a Manager of Sales Engineering at Visa, you will be a key technical advisor for our clients, focusing on Visa Digital Enablement Solutions (SDK) and Issuing Solutions. You will lead technical discussions, provide integration options, and craft compelling solutions to help clients leverage our payment technology. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in digital banking and payments to drive client success and revenue targets.

• Lead technical discussions and client-specific solutioning for Visa Digital SDK and Issuing Solutions
• Provide detailed technical integration options to prospective and existing clients
• Explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with sales teams to accelerate sales in the LAC region
• Craft persuasive RFP responses and solution proposals
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Issuing payments ecosystem and Visa's product roadmap
