- Interface with global customers to integrate Raptor software into their systems
- Travel to customer sites to provide technical product expertise
- Characterize product software performance and derive technical requirements
- Assist customers with field integration testing on edge compute systems
- Develop and document technical and system requirements for product engineering
- Make code contributions within the product engineering team development process
