Sales Development Representative (East Coast)

PingCAP is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate leads and build relationships for their TiDB database solutions. This remote, contract role involves communicating product value, nurturing prospects, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will manage a prospect pipeline, engage sales executives, and contribute to lead-generation best practices.

• Generate qualified leads through multi-channel outbound sales motions
• Develop multi-touch activities including emails and call scripts
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Schedule meetings with Account Executives
• Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce and Outreach
• Two or more years of SaaS/Database/Tech industry experience preferred
