You will recruit and develop sales talent, establish scalable processes, and drive revenue performance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires strong leadership, forecasting, and pipeline management skills within the SaaS sector.
What we are looking for
6- Build, lead, and scale the Sales organization
- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Account Executives
- Own new ARR performance and deliver against revenue objectives
- Establish predictable operating cadence and repeatable sales processes
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Leverage AI, Gong, and Zoho CRM for sales performance
