Senior Sales Engineer

Fusion Connect is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with a strong technical and sales background to support multiple sales channels. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, developing complex solution designs and delivering product demonstrations to clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of networking, security, Microsoft ecosystem, and various telephony and cloud-based services.

• Support sales teams to achieve revenue targets, especially for enterprise clients
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for product questions and complex demos
• Develop solution designs and assist in proposal preparation
• Handle multiple sales opportunities and projects simultaneously
• Provide technical training to sales and support staff
• Possess strong technical knowledge in networking, security, UCaaS, CCaaS, and Microsoft ecosystem
