About this role

As a Growth Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical expert bridging customers and internal engineering teams to develop mission-critical solutions for the Department of War (DoW) or Intelligence Community (IC). You will guide technical strategies, ensure alignment with requirements and security standards, and collaborate with architects to shape innovative solutions for rapid acquisition paths.

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or systems engineering
3+ years of experience with complex technical solutions in the DoW or IC space
Experience driving engagement-based acquisition and whitespace growth
Experience owning or supporting annual sales quotas
Ability to travel CONUS up to 20%
Top Secret clearance required
