About this role

Join Deluxe as an Account Executive in Fort Worth, TX, to support government payment processing solutions. You will manage new account onboarding, provide client and partner training, and resolve account issues, ensuring high levels of customer service.

What we are looking for

Manage new account onboarding and Service Provider Agreements
Provide phone, webinar, and onsite training for clients and partners
Offer phone and email support for high-profile clients
Analyze and resolve account reconciliation and troubleshooting issues
Initiate and ensure completion of maintenance requests for existing clients
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED and 6 years
