Sales Executive, Talent & Executive Search

Signal and Strand is seeking a Sales Executive to drive end-to-end sales for their unique recruiting services. This remote, home-based role requires a proactive "closer" with a strong ethical compass, who excels at building relationships and closing deals with HR leaders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a hunting role, actively engaging in the community and at industry events.

• Own sales process from hunting to closing
• Build relationships with HR leaders and clients
• Attend industry events and engage with the community
• Sell trust and ethical recruiting services
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales
• Proven track record of hitting sales quotas
