Customer Solution Engineer - AI Native/Consumption Quote to Cash

Zuora is seeking a technical SaaS sales engineer to capture technical wins on complex billing and quote-to-cash opportunities, with a focus on consumption/usage-based monetization and AI-native environments. This hands-on role involves scoping, selling, and building QTC solutions, as well as providing post-sale technical support and identifying expansion opportunities.

• Own the technical win in complex enterprise sales cycles
• Scope, sell, and build quote-to-cash solutions including consumption/usage-based models
• Design and demonstrate monetization of usage- and AI-driven products
• Build tailored, end-to-end demos and POCs using APIs and data
• Lead technical presentations for senior stakeholders
• Protect technical health and adoption post-sale
