About this role

As the first Account Executive at an early-stage AI HR tech startup, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll work closely with leadership to define our go-to-market strategy and build the foundation for our sales success. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on revenue growth and shape the future of our sales operations.

What we are looking for

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
Build pipeline and run outbound campaigns independently
Lead sales conversations with HR, finance, and IT leaders
Partner with leadership to refine strategy and develop sales playbook
Zero to two years of sales or AE experience
Startup or small business experience building sales processes
