Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)

KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify potential customers for their security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. This hybrid role involves reaching out to cold prospects via phone and email, gauging their interest, and passing qualified leads to Account Executives. The position is based in the Washington DC Metro Area.

• Reach out to cold prospects via phone and email
• Generate interest in KnowBe4 products
• Qualify prospects to identify potential customers
• Pass qualified leads to Territory/Account Executives
• Familiarity with IT Security Field a plus
• Experience with CRM or other Sales Tools a plus
