About this role

Join Symbiosys.ai's Sales Engineering team to drive adoption of our retail media SaaS platform. You will partner with business teams to understand partner objectives, map them to platform capabilities, and resolve technical blockers during sales, onboarding, and launch. This role focuses on translating partner needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful integration and growth.

What we are looking for

Support end-to-end technical onboarding of retailers and ad channels
Act as a trusted technical partner to internal and external teams
Validate event tracking, data feeds, product feeds, and campaign setup
Troubleshoot integration issues related to APIs and e-commerce platforms
Gather partner feedback and identify recurring issues
3-6+ years of experience in sales engineering or related roles
