Account Executive, Business Sales - Baton Rouge, LA

T-Mobile is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive sales for small businesses in Louisiana. This hunter role involves prospecting, cold-calling, and solution-based selling to acquire new accounts and exceed sales targets. You will analyze customer needs and recommend T-Mobile's wireless products and services.

• Generate and work leads through prospecting and cold calling
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
• Negotiate and close deals with small businesses
• Maintain and grow customer base within a territory
• Utilize sales automation and manage sales funnel
• 1+ years of new customer acquisition sales experience preferred
