Sales Development Representative

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. This role involves engaging with prospective residents, conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term. You will also design and implement marketing activities, manage lease enforcement, and maintain the property's appearance.
